The duo was formed in 1986. From the outset their aim was to perform quieter and more reflective arrangements of easy-listening "piano bar" jazz and classical music.

 

PAUL has played the classical guitar for nearly fifty years. He spent a period of nearly 20 years as a bassist and banjo player in a number of jazz bands in and around London and Norfolk. He also taught classical guitar for a number of years.

 

DIANA first sang in public at the age of sixteen where she won first prize in a holiday camp competition. She met Paul in the mid-80's while he was playing jazz and fronted the bands on many occasions.

 

The duo was born from a lifetime of musical experience and combines elements of jazz and classical genres into an easy-listening fusion which hopefully will appeal to those who appreciate a more mature musical approach.
